Ana (Yesy) Romo is from Tijuana, B.C Mexico, and joined the Designhaus team in 2021. Her native language is Spanish, and she is also fluent in English, which she continues to improve every day.
Since her youth, Yesy has been captivated by construction and how our environment is built. She pursued a technical career in construction after completing high school and eventually realized her dream of becoming an architect. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Instituto Tecnologico de Tijuana (ITT).
Yesy’s experience is a diverse mix that encompasses residential and furniture design, as well as structural engineering. After a brief stint in Springfield, TN, she settled in Michigan in 2017 to find a place where she could apply her knowledge.
When she’s not working, Yesy enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, who brighten up her days. She also has a keen interest in gardening and loves to learn about different types of flowers, vegetables, and fruits.
