Distribute, don’t dismiss
Not going to bore you with details on how businesses and offices alike are adjusting policies to keep environments safe post-COVID-19. If you need your company to work, but not from home, consider dispersing your workforce across a smaller office building that already has all necessities: desks, printing services, concierge, and security all rolled into one manageable price. Enter the Midwest Innovation Lofts (MiL).
Your workforce is either working at home, the office, or both. The largest concern an office environment faces is the density of its building when maintaining social distancing. A higher building occupancy means larger exposure or safety concerns. A great alternative is to spread out your team into satellite offices with all the necessary amenities; parking, limited public exposure, with short and long-term lease plans available.
The MiL, opening Winter 2020, has an entire floor with 6,225 square feet of available space that can be leased in its entirety, or can be broken down to nine separate suites. Each suite has a maximum occupancy assigned and comes with fully furnished options if a quick move-in is required to get your workforce running smoothly. The current maximum capacity for the office floor is 34 people, normally it’s 68 people.
This is not a traditional co-working space. Walls and doors separate all suites to ensure maximum safety. Our lease plans include a cleaning service for the entire floor, but not inside personal suites.
