After spending his Senior high school year in drafting classes with firm founder Peter Stuhlreyer, Mike Pizzola graduated from The Ohio State University in 1995 with a degree in Landscape Architecture and minor in Horticulture.
After graduation, Mike worked as a Horticulturist and Nursery Supervisor for a major design build firm outside of Columbus, Ohio. After several years of remote landscape design and consulting for newly founded Designhaus, in 2001, Mike joined the young team as Landscape Designer and Site Specialist.
Years of development projects and municipal meetings led Mike to PLA registration as a Professional Landscape Architect. He also holds multi-state registration and professional development within the American Society of Landscape Architects.
