Revitalization of up to 40 acres in College Park, Georgia. The concept is to break through the “critical mass” necessary to gather uses in a harmony that benefits on-site residents as well as attracts diners, office workers and shoppers. Similar ventures with high traffic and visibility have proven successful when the opportunity had arisen for large land assemblage to form the gravitational hub essential to reactivation of a center of activity.
