25,000 square foot mixed-use building in the heart of Automation Alley. Innovation at its heart, the building serves multiple facets and acts as a “middle ground” for the major Metro-Detroit cities and townships. The destination features retail and restaurant space on the first floor, leasable office space on the second and third floors, and seven loft-style apartments for rent on the fourth floor.
